Reckless Allegations: Supreme Court said on PIL demanding investigation into Netaji’s death – Independence was achieved by Azad Hind Fauj
Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose की मौत की अन्य बातों के साथ-साथ Investigation की मांग करने वाली PIL याचिका पर 1 April को Supreme Court ने Country के Late National Leaders के Against लगाए गए Allegations पर Serious Displeasure व्यक्त की और Matter को Petitioner की Authenticity की गहन Investigation के लिए Post किया।
Justice Surya Kant and Justice KV Vishwanathan की Division Bench ने कहा,
“चूंकि Petition में कुछ National Leaders के Against लापरवाह और गैर-जिम्मेदाराना Allegations शामिल हैं, जो अब जीवित नहीं हैं, इसलिए Petitioner की Authenticity की गहन Investigation की आवश्यकता है।”

Petitioner के इस Claim पर विचार करते हुए कि वह Human Rights के लिए Cases को आगे बढ़ा रहा है, Court ने आगे निर्देश दिया कि वह बड़े पैमाने पर Society के Welfare के लिए विशेष रूप से Human Rights को लागू करने के लिए उसके द्वारा अब तक की गई Activity का Affidavit File करे।
Order में कहा गया,
”जिस Organization का वह खुद को Officer होने का Claim करता है, उसका पूरा History भी बताना होगा।”
विशेष रूप से, Netaji की Death की Investigation के अलावा, Petitioner (i) Indian National Congress से माफ़ी मांगता है (ii) यह घोषणा करता है कि Indian Independence Indian National Army (Azad Hind Fauj) द्वारा प्राप्त की गई (iii) National Day की घोषणा और ( iv) Netaji को National Son Declare करने की मांग शामिल है।
इस मामले में Intelligence Bureau और Indian National Congress को Defendant बनाया गया। इसे अगली Hearing 6 May को Listed किया गया।
